Refund Policy

    Cancellation/Refund Policy applicable to membership dues and registration fees 
    Event registration fees and membership dues are non-refundable.  *An 'event' includes but is not limited to; seminars, technical seminars, outings, conferences, summits, socials, Lunch and Learns. 
      
    If you are unable to attend an event, EIA-AZ Chapter encourages you to send a substitute. You may transfer your event registration to another EIA-AZ member or NON-Member. To send a substitute in your place, you may send the name of the substitute up until the day of the event to the current President of EIA-AZ. 
      
    EIA-AZ Chapter reserves the right to reschedule an event in its sole discretion up to 7 days prior to the date of the event. If an event is rescheduled, your registration will be valid for the rescheduled event and no refunds will be given. EIA-AZ will not be held responsible for any travel related costs. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, EIA-AZ encourages you to send a substitute. You may transfer your event registration to another EIA-AZ member or NON-Member. To send a substitute in your place, you may send the name of the substitute up until the day of the event to the current president of EIA-AZ.
