The goal of the compliance forum is to expand awareness and increase compliance with the OSHA and EPA asbestos rules and regulation. Our objectives are to increase NESHAP renovation/demolition reporting, increase contractor compliance with OSHA regulations through violation reporting to OSHA through the "complaint filing system", increase education and awareness regarding asbestos requirements of building owners, operators, architects, general contractors, restoration contractors, renovation/demolition and others.
